  1. Please explain to me why you think Ryle should be swapped..
  2. Still baffles me how Ryle is at the top in the region. After losing pretty much their whole team and starting pitchers.
  3. If they prove they belong there, I'm sure they will move up.
  4. I think it's where they should be. Have they proven anything to this point to be ranked any higher other than having college commits?
  5. Just because they have a few players sign D1 doesn't automatically put them near the top of the polls.
  6. Well let him go to the free market. No way is he worth 127 million..He hasn't done anything to deserve the type of money, he's chokes every big moment he gets. Just because someone else may sign him at that tag doesn't mean the Bengals have to. If the Bengals are lucky, the Browns will sign him.
  7. Sounds like you're saying AJ wouldn't have been successful against ryle last year..
  8. The year he referred to also had a pretty good hitting lineup..There is really no way to determine that what who would do what I guess..
  9. What does that have to do with It?
  10. Maybe Arroyo market should have been 16 million this year.. Wins ERA Games IP ER BB Bailey 11 3.49 32 209 81 54 Arroyo 14 3.79 32 202 85 34
  11. Gotcha..Just saying, if I were the Reds, I would be the ones who paid him 100 million. Hopefully he turns out to be worth it.
  12. Not sure, but when I think of 100 million dollar pitchers, I think of C.Lee, C.C, Holiday..Homer Bailey doesn't come to mind for that price sorry....His current contract he made 5.3 million. So your telling me he deserves a 11 million dollar a year increase for what he's done with the reds?
  13. You may be right, but I would have to see it to believe it. 6 years 100 million
  14. For a 100 million dollars???? No way!!! IMO to recieve 100 millions dollars you have to be at the top of your game not getting better.
  15. I agree with you! He is one of those kids that doesn't get alot of attention but if you've had a opportunity to watch him play, he's very impressive.
  16. Ok, I have a problem with this. He tells people at MIZZ he is gay in August but does not tell his parents until it's all over the news. Not only that, he tells his dad in a text message, are you kidding me? Shouldn't he discussed this with his parents before coming out to the public? Michael Sam Sr. told The New York Times that he received the news last Tuesday when his son wrote in a text: "Dad, I'm gay. Father of Michael Sam struggling with news son is gay - ESPN
  17. Ganns Huff Stanley Faehr Purnell Davis I know they have a few more these are the names I have heard of.
  18. Why play 18U if you are going to college? Playing 18U keeps you playing and get ready for college. As soon as a baseball player steps on campus they start fall practices. That's where a freshman will impress the coaches and be considered for possible playing time during the spring.
  19. Or maybe, someone very smart that around him figures it would help his draft stock. The NFL doesn't want to be known as Anti-Gay. The thing that would paint this picture would be if he's drafted lower than expected or not drafted at all.
  20. This is the trap that most kids and parents fall into. 9 out of 10 times kids are already signed before the summer of an 18U summer. Why play up because you can? You will get more looks if you are playing at your 16U or 17U excelling there. A Lot of college recruiters do not waste their time attending 18U summer games simply because there's a thought that most of the really good 18 years old are already signed or the the average ones will probably not play college baseball.
