That was the worst weather I have seen in Softball in a very long time. Horrible conditions for a game, on that note, congrats to the Crusaders. They hit the ball well tonight

That's the key, against good hitting teams you can not get behind in the count. It makes your job on the mound 100 times harder.

Sounds like Lafayette was being cautious. Those bus trips aren't cheap and with more and more cutbacks, I guess Fastpitch Softball isn't a priority with some schools administrative.
