10 Good
  1. Trinity is at Cordia today. I believe that tipoff is at 1:30.
  2. Drinking lots of milk, eating protein bars and praying for growth spurts!
  3. If I'm not mistaken, the JV has only lost once in the last TWO seasons...
  4. I heard about that, I was so hoping that it was not true. That is beyond ridiculous... I have a problem with adults approaching kids. Parents should be the first point of contact.
  5. Yes, they are small. But of course we are all praying for growth spurts over the summer, LOL. But seriously, these guys will be ready next season. The chemistry they have developed over the years is pretty awesome. BTW, Gabe is a Senior this year.
  6. 8 of the 10 current Sophomores have been playing together since the 7th grade. Burkman, Lukas Burton, David Harris, Juan Keith, Tamron King, Brendan King, Jacob Kraus, Hayden McClain, Damon Rose, Logan Thomas, DeKaleb They'll be ready....
  7. ND is going to give them a run for the money, but as much as I hate to say it- UK is going to win this one and more than likely the Championship.
  8. Trinity is disappoined of course, but that's life. You pick yourself up and keep it moving. They are already looking ahead to next season.
  9. "It doesn't matter how you start the season, it's how you end up. Even the best team in the world can have a bad game." -Christian Laettner I can't BELIEVE that I quoted Christian Laettner, but it's true. I think it's kind of tacky to second guess a win. You can play the "Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda" game until Jesus comes, but it won't change the results. You are only as good as your last game and Owensboro was the best and they will always have the trophy to prove it.
  10. The current Sophomore class has been playing together since 7th grade. They have had limited playing time at the Varsity level because that group was so loaded. The JV team only lost 1 game this season. These boys have waited patiently for their time to shine, and BELIEVE me- they will. Also, the word on the street is that there may be some more players leaving Waggener after this year.
  11. I totally agree. Kinda makes me think that maybe committing to a college and doing the whole pomp and circumstance that goes with it should be done when the season is over....
  12. As a member of a "Black" Church, I would say that we act the way we do because we are tired and hungry from being at Church for 4 Hours! See:
