I was only implying JC wouldn't get mopped. Johnson Central, beside their coach, is a nice program who has enough depth wise and talent wise to be competitive in 4a. No where did I say Belfry was or was not better than JC. However I will predict Central will get the W this year against them. I have been wrong before but hey it's what BGP is used for.

And this is why ranking systems are so bad. Highlands has played absoultely no one yet of maginitude besides Bryan Station and they are hardly a top 10 6A team, yet they are favored over the number one team in the state on this site. I'm not picking at HHS, they are having success and will keep improving and are making great strides to reaquire the 4A title. It's just sometimes these sites get me going and this is only one example.

For what's its worth I also believe Owensboro is more than worthy of that ranking. It's not insane thinking.

Do you read what you are saying? Coach Griffith is one of the top defensive coordinators in the state and knows what he is doing. You obviously have not been to a BC football game this year if you think this is a "coaching issue". You are not going to get a better coach at Boone County. Jeff Griffith gets paid probably 8 grand a year to coach that team and turn them around, that's not nearly enough! Honestly, if they fire him that may be what's best for him because of how bad the program is going to be regardless of what coach is there. People like you ruin these boards.
