  1. That's what happens when you don't watch strikes Cozart. 3 for 3, he's rakin
  2. Sends a 3-0 fastball to the right field stands... He's a machine
  3. Nice play from Paul! Latos battles and only gets roughed up for one run. Could have been a lot worse
  4. Chapman does have 3 years left on his contact so he would be a very valuable trade piece. But I don't think it's in this clubs best interest to trade him. He gives great depth to the bullpen, but also if they are going to resign Choo I don't believe his contract factors in very much. I will say though, if they trade him it will be this off season. If they do they need to trade for a left fielder and a prospect. Because as you guys have mentioned to trade for a SS. Hamilton would fill that role. I wouldn't be opposed for them trading him for the right price.
  5. That money needs to go to keeping Cueto or Latos here long term.
  6. The fact the Votto has been in 62 more times than Cozart amazes me. It amazes me one in the fact that Votto is a machine and two, Cozart stinks
  7. This is one of the most unbelievable videos I've seen. http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=50147264n
  8. A debris field of the city of Moore, Ok
  9. 2 schools were destroyed completely right as school was letting out.
  10. Now they just said it could have been 2 and 1/4 mile wide :scared:. they are saying it Looks like EF-5 as well. Complete devastation
  11. Scary stuff happening in Oklahoma. A 1.5 mile wide Tornado just devastated a suburb of OKC. A meteorologist in OKC said this may be the deadliest Tornado in the history of the world. Prayers to all involved
  12. Also Chapman blew 5 saves last year. Cordero blew 6, 4, 8, 6 in each year he was with the Reds. Chapman also probably blew 3 of those in a 2 weeks time period. He was lights out the first month last year and didn't even close. If he was a closer during that month you wouldn't even have SV% to back your claim up. But agree to disagree
  13. You just compared 2 different things... That argument made zero sense. with a 3-2 Lead Id rather have Chapman. with a 4-2 Lead Id rather have Chapman. They both gave up a run. You just proved my point actually.
  14. SV% isnt that cut and dry, factors that go into it that arent in the pitchers control at all like fielding, how many runs you're spotted etc.. If you look at the stats the pitchers are in control of, Chapman is better in every single one. Sorry you don't know enough about baseball to understand this.
  15. Chapman is far superior in every pitching metric than Cordero. Now this sv% hogwash. Cordero was inconsistent as a pitcher, you never knew what your going to get. Chapman had one bad week, they all do it happens. Cordero always had more room to work with because he usually had a bigger lead. When he was here the Reds had a better offense. Sv% is like W/L really deceiving and doesn't tell the whole picture.
  16. and there we go. Im sorry but Chapman pitches circles around Cordero.
  17. You take a 1-2 week stretch out of the equation and he is the best closer in baseball. Cordero never made anything easy, I agree he wasnt as bad as people say he was, but he just never was a shutdown closer, he always made things harder on himself. P
  18. He finished 8th in the Cy Young race and 12th in the MVP voting. That doesn't exactly scream average pitcher to me. .809 Whip, 4.4 hits per 9 innings, he gave up 12 runs all year last year. You're letting a 1-2 week bad stretch cloud your judgement.
