  1. Agree completely! Dixie's only loss comes from a state contender who they played to the wire.
  2. Dixie should be favored by a bunch. Coming into game with three straight wins with over 400 yds of offense in each game. Defense is crushing with their own scores in the last two. Who wins and why?
  3. No, it's your opinion. To call a coach classless over your bad facts is wrong and that's what I'll call it. If I can figure out how to post from Hudl I can show you your version of the facts are inaccurate. The team will be fine and will continue to play with all they have. The young men in blue will be as well. Excuses do not need to be made, if the 'Breds were underdogs in this nobody told the kids on the field.
  4. After this NCC (likely their JV) stopped by Dixie defense. NCC Punt and Dixie JV with whom I mentioned before closed the game.
  5. Let me correct myself, Moore,Owens(33 not 36) Radenhausen were in on the final two plays of the drive. Caple came out after a long catch and run. Ball on NCC 22. Washington dive for 4 yd gain. Tackled by #5 for NCC Sutkamp. A STARTER. Next play, Washington run over rt. tackle Steven Huber, a backup for DHHS for 18 yd and a td. This play however, Sutkamp for NCC not in! That was the only substitute. Dont believe me, watch the tape. Like I Did. Again, Brossart is class act who has shown these kids they can be great.
  6. First, Dixie first team offense was out after their pick 6. I know because my son is one of them. #8 Guenther Faeth came in at QB and is a sophomore. #28 Keegan Baremore(?) is also a sophmore RB and had good gains. #21 Penick, also a backup RB . Their line was also all jv/backups. The "coach should show class" act is old and let the kids be proud of how they played. Win or loose.
  7. Dixie goes 3-1, for the first time in a while.
  8. Ethan Harrison 40 yd interception return. PAT good. 28-7 Dixie
  9. Drew Moore 3yd run PAT good 21-7 Dixie
  10. 14 -7 Dixie at half. Sloppy game, tons of fumbles for both. NCC scored first on long pass to open receiver. Dixie has relied heavily on pass. I don't know why. Both Colonel scores are on ground. Wet and wet! Will update as I can.
  11. Dixie's line will dominate. Moore will be to hard to contain. Dixie will try to give the goose egg. NewCath has won the last two meetings and I think the scarlet and grey will be out for a little revenge. Dixie 35 NewCath 17
  12. The winner of SK vs Dixie will win NKY 6A.
  13. Shulte 38 yd field goal good. 38-7 Dixie 7:10 4th
  14. After swaping field position Moore 6yd pass to Caple PAT good. 35-7 DIXIE!!!! 1:51 3rd
  15. Dixie has dominated the game. Credit to Turpin QB. Precise and good arm. Just has no time . Quick passes are what they're working. Dixie continues to pound and run. Look for them to not change that in second half.
  16. Moore 3yd pass to Hicks. PAT good. 28-7 HALFTIME
  17. Turpin driving....but wait! Ethan Shulte 88 yd interception return than kicks the PAT! 21-7 Dixie
  18. Turpin goes three and out. Dixie marches followed by Moore 34yd run. 2pt by Owens good. 14-7 Dixie
  19. Dixie mixes the pass and run. Drew Moore run 23yd TD. PAT failed 7-6 Turpin
  20. Turpin drives on first posession. 7 -0
  21. Turpin travels with band. OVER 120 members including color guard.
  22. Dixie's Branden Johnson. 6'3 270. 5.1 forty. Bench 300. Has 1 int, 3 sacks half a dozen tackles in two games. Has garnered double teams every play. Only a jr.
