Really does anybody take those polls serious? I would rank them Clark and Scott 1 and 2 with Mason Campbell and Montgomery fighting it out for the third best in the 10th this year. I know Mason beat Scott early but I thought Scott was real shorthanded that game.
It looks like the top bracket first round games should be real close and the bottom bracket first round games should not.
Thank you. Its frustrating to see the same old lame excuses when a team doesnt always do what fans think they should do. Thats what I was trying to say earlier sometimes you have to give props to the other team for playing well. But it seems like with some teams its always the refs stunk or somebody had a sore ankle or we played a bad game, without respecting the other team.
I listened to this one on the radio after the St. Pat Bracken County girls game. It sounded like Augusta was able to hang around with Mason County missing a lot of open looks. But I will give Augusta credit for keeping the score respectable.
I was surprised but happy to hear that Pawsat got a lot of PT. Mason County is a different team with him on the court.
I heard it was a bogus call at the end of the game that should have been called a walk. It sounded on the radio like a very exciting game, one of those games where its a shame that one side had to lose.
Youve noticed that too. Always some reason why the score was closer than it should have been except that the other team may have played a good game and forced GRC into not playing as good as they should.
Ive watched a lot of Tenth Region bball over the years and it seems like this district is always tough. Thanks for the District preview, I was wondering how the seeding looked.
Ive been to a few games at Winchester, some close and some not so close. Youre not going to get that call if youre the visiting team. The only way you get that call is if youre the home team. Just the way it is, and not just in Winchester either.
Ive been around 10th region basketball for a while and I didnt know that Fleming players transferring to the blue and white neighbors Bracken, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas etc. was a big deal.
