1) Boone County-not coached by a CCH grad 2) Ryle-coached by a CCH alum 3) Dixie-not coached by a CCH alum 4) CCH-coached by a Colonel alum 5) Brossart- 6) Holy Cross-not coached by a CCH alum 7) Beechwood-not coached by a Colonel alum 8) NCC-not coached by a CCH alum 9) Conner-coached by a CCH alum 10) Cooper-coached by a CCH alum So to summarize-just as in football when I feel like too many of the Northern Kentucky coaches come off of the Owen Hauck coaching tree, I feel as in baseball too many folks off of the Krumps tree. (Just saving you the work TOG) The point being Northern Kentucky is decent in baseball, but outside of CovCath's one state championship, we are thought of as a mild factor around the state. I think AD's need to be a little more open minded for their future hires. I like this top 10:banana:Boone's #1

NKY Top 10 #1 Dixie #2 Boone #3 Ryle #4 CCH #5 Brossart #5 Holy Cross #7 Conner #8 Beechwood #9 NCC #10 Campbell Tie at #5 & 6 could go the other way.

WLWT lost out on a good one. New Richmond at Western Brown was OK game at 2 - 1 but still the best one was Dixie and Boone. At least it was from where I was sitting.

Fine pitching performance from the young man. Some great defencive plays from both teams. The catch that was made by Dixie's center fielder was spectacular. A dead run over his head grab five feet from the wall, very nice catch on a hard hit line drive. The young man playing short for Boone did a nice job as well. Great game to watch!

Talked with Deno tonight at the Dixie game and all is well. Foot is a little sore but good to go.

Holy Cross 4 Beechwood 3

Any thoughts?

This will be a hard task for both teams. The 33rd district is extremely tough. This is only the third game that I have seen this year with Boone Co. Defensively, they as well as Ryle, are very good. The district tournament will be fun games to watch. Congratulations to Boone for achieving the number one seed.:thumb:

I like Ryle in this one. Should be a good game between the two. They already played once this year and Ryle came out on top. I'll say Ryle 8 Conner 6.

Why is the seeding game played in May? In another thread Boone played Cooper in a seeding game and I believe they play Conner Friday. Is that a seeding game? When does Boone and Ryle play?
