My Two Cents

Too many people calling for the upset, so I don’t see it happening. If St. Johns were to get into foul trouble Whitley could have a chance, but since the big man rarely gets into foul trouble I don’t see it happening.

Good win for Corbin, especially considering that it was on Williamsburg’s home floor. Most everyone had shifted their focus to the Whitley County and South Laurel game, and I thought that Corbin might forget that they were playing a very dangerous team in Williamsburg.

Madison Central will make this a game, but in the end Scott County's size and talent will prevail. Good test for both teams as they get geared up for the post season.

Third straight loss for Garrard, I’m sure that Coach DeForest will right the ship against Model tonight. Madison Central has to now turn their focus on Scott County, and begin to prepare for the grueling 11th region tournament. I look for both teams to have to have successful post seasons.

Great win for the Raiders. The 12th Region tournament is going to be a great one to watch.
