Sorry but I could care less about any "Empire". The only reason I find myself not wanting to pull for UK is because of the fans.

Funny how I feel the EXACT same way about that other team in this state a little west of Lexington.

I say percentage-wise that Uconn will hold a 60-40 fan advantage.

As for the game, John Wall continues to impress, Patterson has another double-double, and UK wins by 8.

During his post game presser yesterday, he was asked how his knee felt, and he said it hurt bad, and hurts all the time. He said the tendinitis is awful. That is not good for someone his age.

I don't know about you, but I know quite a few 18 and 19 year olds that have knee problems. The kids are still growing.

Im sure it did, and I was not saying it didn't. What I was saying is that those 2 guys, Pike and Gilyard, have been through a heck of a lot to get to where they are today. Gilyard more then anyone. That guy worked 3 jobs simultaneously while living in some dudes car AND STILL handed out sandwiches to other homeless people. There is no quit in that guy, and there was ZERO doubt in my mind he would let his team lose to the bumbling Wannstedt's.

Gilyard and Pike are fantastic. I kne Cincy would not lose this game,even down 21. Those guys care too much and are fantastic players.

I never understood how the word redneck is so socially acceptable, while others are not thought of as such. It is just as offensive.

I think that Ochocinco is absolutely hilarious, and people need to quit crying about how he "crossed the line" and what not. The only thing he did was make people laugh. Lebron can do what he wants. He is the most physically gifted athlete in the world, and is single-handedly keeping the NBA afloat. It is his place.

Morehead State is an excellent team this season, but they should not be able to defeat UK at Rupp Arena. They will be competitive, however and Kenneth Faried will impress you.

Faried is a good player, but Patterson will eat his lunch....and maybe his dinner too.
