Talked to my Nephew today ( James Phillips ), Told me he was up to 262 in weight now. Which Is good considering the fact, It's not fat, I have challenged him, Not on the field, But off, Grades, Weight lifting, Seems to be working, I wish James the best... Told me they have tried him at FB a little, Man, A 6'3/6'4 262 lb FB, Wow...I would hate to be a FS metting him head on

Compared to a team, Who has never won a game, Thats pretty good...IMO

First, Like I said, Good but not great...A lot of kids come to practice everyday, Plays every down. I played against Rock in HS, they dominated our offense, With that defense. I never said he wasn't any good, Or was talking about Him bad In any way, So I don't know what you mean with the statement that says..."Give them another year to get people in place who only care about winning and can commit to being there and giving a daily effort and then talk bad about them"..:idunno: Guess maybe I should quit watching football then, But I do know someone who could match the same Intensity as Roberts, And that's Cody Taylor, Kid will be a Star, And he could fill that FB spot just fine, As for LB, I dont know... As for the D-Line, I had It explained to me In very little detail, Maybe I should ask my nephew more about It...

From what I seen...The D-line Is going to take out the O-lines legs...Leaving the Backers and Backs, 1vs1....If the o-line beats the D-line, Chances of taking It to the house Is increased by 25%..

You would give everything to know, Only about 7 players know...:sssh: Cawood was never much of a baseball school, And very few good players, Played...Taking 3 teams and throwing into one school, He can pick and choose..

I remember these 2 games very well, And reasons to losing against Whitesburg had nothing to do with baseball at all, And I think we put up 15+ runs on them at cawood in 2 innings, M'boro did beat us 23-1, After that game, a lot of players changed positions, including me, next game, they won 7-5....Don't draw a conclusion on John based on 2 games....We'll see in time...

I wouldn't count out HCHS yet, John will put together a very good squad, I would also put him ( knowledge wise ) top 10 in the state....Watch out, And this Isn't a homer pick, I played for him, He gets the most out of his kids...
