I would put the juggernauts skilled players against anybody. The question is how good is the new line going to play? Newport Catholic will be seeing a whole different offense than what they saw last year with our starting quarterback who can really air it out. I’m taking the juggernauts in a close one.

Lloyd travels to East Carter next Friday. The one thing I did notice is that Fleming County nearly beat EC I’m the regular season. The score ended up 19-15. If that is any indication of the way this game could go, I’m taking the JUGGS by 17.

41-7 Juggs at the half. Unfortunately, for Fleming County they lost their starting quarterback and starting running back due to shoulders injuries.

I could not agree more. And when Collins gets back to being 100%, which should be next week this offense will be totally different than what we’ve seen all year or the last two years as far as that goes and if we don’t win this game by at least four scores, we probably will not make it far in the playoffs at all.

So I have a question. After the second round and they go to the RPI, do the brackets combine or do you stay in the same bracket until the state championship game?

Yeah, it would be nice to see Bell county beat belfry, and that would send us to Bell County versus going to Lexington Catholic in the third round
