If the radio told you Knipp was guarding Euton then that should tell you something. Did they also tell you that Euton weighs 190 pounds?

I actually watched intently and your way off. Elliott was the better team tonight.

They are the better team period. I watched the first game. EC could not have played worst, and still had a chance. Either way, you have your opinion, I have mine. Just because I didn't attend this game in person, and apparently listened to broadcasters that didn't know what they were talking about, (by your account) doesn't mean I don't hear what is said on the airways. :thumb:

No, unfortunately I am working 12 hours a day in Huntington, Wva. But I did listen...intently!

Care to elaborate. By my count the role players contributed 26 points Gambill went a long way toward shooting Rose Hill back into the game and Arthur did another nice job on Ferguson. The determining factor was that Rose Hill went about 11 miniutes and scored 4 points.

Timmy Knipp did not even gaurd Euton, he was helping off his man some and double teamed him some. Faulkner twins got the assignment of Euton and Jackson. But Knipp did play well.

Even more impressive.... A 6' 1" 160 kid shutdowns a 6' 8" 190 kid for pretty much 29 minutes, Euton scored 6 in the first 2 minutes, a garbage 3 with 58 seconds to play, and 8 in the other 29 minutes. I was going by the radio... They said Knipp was on him. Thanks for the clarification:thumb:

Bottom Line. The RH role players cracked under the bright lights, and T. Knipp ABSOLUTELY SHUTDOWN Euton after the first 2 minutes. The kid played to his hype tonight, he and Barnhill from East have very bright futures ahead of them!

T. Knipp showed tonight why BCG invited him to Madness as an 8th grader. If he gives the same effort Wed. against Barnhill. The Elliott fans will bring out the brooms after a 4 game sweep and a return to Rupp.

I think that this will qualify as that quality win that many keep wondering about!

Nah, everyone will now say that RH was overrated and EC should have beat them 50. But at least we won't have to hear all that nonsense about the RH "D" :thumb:

East is a fine team. But, when the chips are down, do they have anyone that can match the Faulkners intensity???? I'll be in attendance for this one.............Last time I watched an EC/EC matchup it was almost a 30 point ball game. I've called it from the get - go. Elliott over East for the 4th time and a return to Rupp. Not as close as most think, IMO

It is very, very hard to out "want" a ballgame from EC. Especially the Faulkners. RH has nothing at all to be ashamed of.....Now on to the game I've been most worried about...East for the 4th time!
