Before South played Corbin they were 4-1 with a 17 pt win over Whitley. Since Corbin they are 2-1 with a 6 pt win over Whitley. I don't see the drastic improvement you are talking about.

I'm not a Madison Central fan. If you read my post I also said my team benefited from poor officiating last night. I also said Corbin played extremely hard and got a good win. In no way am I attacking Corbin, I have a lot of respect for their program and love to watch them play, they are extremely scrappy. However, I think it is naive to insinuate that the one official last night was not obviously bias in his calls in both games.

Good list. I might flip SL and Middlesboro.

Not sure what game you were watching. It's sometimes hard to see how bias officiating is when your team is playing. It was a good win for Corbin and their kids play extremely hard.

I thought both semi finals were always at the same site. Did they change to format this year?

This is still a good win for Corbin against a good team. The Corbin kids really play hard. However, if I was Madison Central and Rockcastle Co. I would seriously reconsider any future plans to play in the Hoopin it Up after the way they were done tonight. It was truly an embarrassment. The one referee everyone is talking about should not be allowed to rob high school kids the way he did tonight.

Both teams would have been lucky to shoot 30%. Lots of turnovers by both teams.

North Laurel 55 Harlan 47 Seidel with 29 pts. Very ugly game all around tonight.

North Laurel beat South Laurel's JV by 9 last week.

Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown is a Nicholas Co. alum. I'm sure this is why the game was scheduled.

Seidel is up there as well. He' averaginh 25 pts and 12 boards a game.

If Dalton continues to play well and stay out of foul trouble, North can definately be a region contender. They have a lot of depth and athleticism this year and for the next few years as North also won the JV game last night.

Final from London. Big win for North. Seidel with 27 points and 10 rebounds. I know there are some very good players in the 13th but this kid has to be one of the best.

Isn't Madison Central assistant Mark Scenters a Madison Southern graduate? He could be a good hire.
