  1. They won't be the same losing three starters! On the other hand Corey Thomas should benefit he can take even more shots now!
  2. Joker was you at the K.O.B when Josh Payne went point for point against Hawkins and fouled him out of the game!! I believe they both ended with 25/26pts but Payne had more rebounds, steals and blocks!!! !So to leave him off is crazy when I see who you have on there for sure!

  4. These are the players/coaches who was selected best in region! Who are the runner ups that are also eligible to play?
  5. Any info on the Coaches/Players participating ?
  6. Leaving Sanford,Thomas and Longacre off that's crazy!! Fairdale has been in the top ten all year in the ranking but they are saying not one kid on this team is good enough for Junior or Senior tryouts!
  7. This was a REALLY good game!! Crabtree makes a 3 to put it in ot! Josh Payne stepped up big in ot and played great all night! Cory Thomas's two free throws in ot won the game with 2 seconds left! Heartbreaking loss for the Mustangs they played very hard and I hate to see a loser in this one!
  8. Region 6: Tournament to be played at Valley High School Schedule: Tuesday (2/26) 3:30pm Butler-Fern Creek; 5:00pm Moore-Fairdale: 6:30pm PRP-Doss; 8:15pm Bullitt East-Southern Semi finals Wednesday (2/28) at 6pm and 8pm Title game 3/2 at 7:00pm Favorite: In a Region loaded with strong teams, Bullitt East (28-4) appears to be the cream of the crop The Chargers had a rough week around Christmas where they lost 3 games in a span of seven days. Aside from that not so Merry Christmas, Bullitt East has been outstanding with no losses within the District or Region. The trio of Troutman (Player of the Year in Region 6), Willis and Young are hungry after being bounced from the Sweet 16 early last year by eventual champion Trinity. They are on a mission. In the hunt: PRP (22-7) is always tough but fell to Bullitt East by 20 points in the King of the Bluegrass Tournament and (if they get past (19-10) Doss likely draws the Chargers in round two of the tournament. Moore (23-7) has played well at times but may not be deep enough for the long haul. They face a dangerous Fairdale (18-9) in a Tuesday afternoon, round one matchup. Either of these schools could win several other regions in the state. The Moore/Fairdale winner will meet the Butler/Fern Creek winner for a spot in the Region 6 title game. Could shock the world: If Fairdale gets by Moore, watch out. Coach Longacre’s payers are well seasoned and have the firepower to win it.
  9. This was in July and there would be some shuffling if they did it over now!
  10. I don't know about 17! I'll take Ballard 82 Fairdale 74. I wouldn't be surprised if Fairdale wins but it will take a big effort from Thomas & Payne!!
  11. Guy's give this kid a break already he's going to be a good player in time he has a lot of potential! The kid is 6'9 and can handle the ball and run a offense like a guard! He may not score a ton all the time but there is more to the game than scoring! They will work with him and get him straight Calipari just don't hand out scholarships to anyone the kid can play the game!
