.....and on the opposite side of the coin, when an opponent drops in a bomb on you at the last second to beat you - "Stivers with a desperation shot from the corner.................(very quietly) Hits it," and then dead silence except for the roar of your opponent's crowd in the background. A whole different take than what would be broadcast by "game of the the week" guys, who would be excited about the buzzer beater.

 

With we "school affiliated" guys you get both unbridled enthusiasm and heartfelt pain!
