Wow I gues I am gonna have to go with the under dogs in all the games tomorrow night, since some on here think its so hard to beat a team 3 times. Lets see Pc is trying to beat Casey for a third time, Southwestern is trying to beat Wayne Co for a third time and East Jessamine is trying to beat West Jessamine for a third time. Guess I will pick all the under dogs and see if you guys are right.

Pulaski and Southwestern have blown out Casey and Wayne respectively each time they have played. East has beaten West by double digits each time they have played. Playing for the 3rd time, the games may be more competitive but an unlikey upset.

Now looking at a potential Pulaski vs Southwestern match up. Both games were extremely competitive. Pulaski won by 5 in the first game, but it was a 1 point game with less than a minute to go. The second time they met Pulaski wins in OT. Even after 2 losses to PC, I still think SW is the better team. So, it is completely logical to say it would be very difficult for PC to beat a team of SW's caliber for a 3rd time. Now if PC beats SW for a 3rd time, no if, ands, or buts about it, PC is the better team.

Well i was being sarcastic, truth is everyone says the third time thing, and yes if two teams played mon, tues and wed and one team had to beat another three times it would be very difficult. But the truth, is all those teams have to do is beat them once (tonight). However anything can happen on a given night, I think we have already seen that and at this point if you lose your still in, but next week its win or go home and there will be 7 teams going home and 1 team moving on, but that is what makes it fun!

Really sorry if I struck a nerve however you shouldnt ask the question I suppose if your not ready for the reply. With that said I would encourage you to look at the stats for Pulaski vs all the other 12 region teams and look at the free throw discrepancy between them and all the other teams and what makes it so funny is their a jump shooting team rarely using their inside game . So I guess I am from the old school in that you shouldnt make a statement without a proof source or facts to back it up so just fyi its on this site you can look at the stats and maybe you will be surprised by what you see . I wish all the teams good luck and I hope its a great tournament I just am really happy that there will be officials outside the 12 region officiating .

I'm just from the school of don't blame the refs for my team's failures and was wondering what the excuse will be if Pulaski wins or if someone else happens to beat both of them before they can meet for a third time. Seems to me that even after Pulaksi defeated Southwestern twice thy still aren't considered the better team. That's just strange to me. Forgive me.

Well I respect your opinion and I agree you shouldnt blame officials however when the difference is so large its actually funny you gotta wonder. Stats dont lie however just look at two games vs Southwestern and you tell me your thoughts . I would be interested to see if anyone had shot 49 free throws in a game and thats regulation not overtime.

I think if I could see the games I could form a better opinion. Stats tell one side of the story. The eyes tell the other. How many lay ups were missed? How many wide open shots were passed up? What were shooting percentages from the floor and the line? All those play a part also.
