I'm no lawyer so I don't even want to begin debating the legalities in play here, but I would like to make a point about the 9th Circuit Court:

 

"In the last (SCOTUS) session (now two sessions ago I believe), 27 percent of its rulings were affirmed, while 60 percent were reversed."

 

So should this case make its way to the Supreme Court, it basically has a 2/3's chance of being overturned. We shall see.

It will. This is the same type of repeating, hot topic that the Court needs to hear. This goes beyond just an Equal Rights Violation, this has huge 10th Amendment implications as well, as has been stated.

God doesn't change, man does. Married just doesn't fit with Same Sex. Use something else. Will not see the Kingdom of heaven. God said.

 

Give to Cesar what is Cesar's and give to God what is God. Marriage as a legal union is what is at issue here. Marriage as a religious sacrament is for the church. Looking at it from a purely legal standpoint, it is incredibly prejudiced the stand that Congress has made. As a Catholic, I have no problem w/ never allowing gay marriage ceremonies.

I would think GOD is disappointed in the Free will choice of Man. We cannot as Humans pick and Choose Bible verses or the nature of Man. If we all become Gay, we die out.
