Yes. We are talking about rules. He got a technical foul, he's supposed to be parked. If you want to be fair because you are the champion of fair and balanced here in this thread, both should have been dinged with another technical foul for disobeying a warning. Then Humphrey is sitting, and Thacker is in the locker room listening to the crowd trying to find the radio station.

Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner!!!!!

The technical on Wing was well deserved. After being called for the foul he threw the ball backwards hitting Vancleve for GRC. The game in Ashland Wing had words with Vancleve when Vancleve fouled him. The refs missed the unsportsman like action in Ashland but caught him this game. :sssh:

Sportsmanship is not criminal. But it should be demanded from young men and women who play sports. It carries on into life sometimes and that is where all of these young men end up one day.:taz:

Wow....you don't know this kid well enough to insinuate this kid is unsportsmanlike and will affect his life. lol. Ridiculous.

You are right. All I know is what I see on the court, and obviously the ref saw it too.

My argument is the posters that want selective enforcement. Reprimand (technical foul) the opposing coach (Thacker )for being up after a T; an admitted violation. Let my coach ( Humphrey) stand at half court, 2 steps out on the court wherever he wants with no consequences. My point being, both are violations. One is no worse than the other IMO.

As a rule a coach always gets leeway with the box as long as he's not a problem. Once he gets whacked (ie he became a problem) there is no leeway.

This sums it all up.

Technical foul given - take a seat.

Your point remains invalid Mr. Viking.

The same you ref you imply that was so bad earlier.:thumb:

I don't think that's a rule...

Well apparently they refused to enforce the "take a seat" portion because so many of you are crying about it. Ansd my point may be lost on you, but I understand.....don't forget to wear your helmet.

I didn't say it was a rule. I said it's how some/many handle the situation.

No...you said "as a rule"....

I dont think anyone understands your point (but you). Hence all the different responses from posters. Ever had the popcorn at the Fieldhouse?
