I personally think Beechwood will loose to Morgan. Morgan is quick has good size and is a good shooting team. But we shall see tomorrow.

 

You could very well be right. 99.9% of NKY posters (me included) know nothing about Morgan County.

As this season progresses, I do believe that even northern Kentuckians will know about the Morgan County cougars. They might even know and remember the coach's name and a few player's names too.

Romes is their best player at about 6'4. He's more of an outside player who can penetrate and shoot. From what I've seen, he's not a post player. They have a kid named Miracle that may be their center. If I remember correctly, he is fairly strong physically but not a big scorer.

 

Beechwood wins games by everyone doing their jobs and Romes scoring.

Do they play anyone else in NKY? If not, I doubt we'll know anything about them. No harm meant by that. We just don't see Morgan at all and playing one of the smaller schools in NKY is not going to make Morgan well known.

 

Maybe if they're in the Sweet 16, some will say "hey, didn't they play Beechwood?".
