January 1, 201214 yr Guess I should enjoy 1st place while it last! Everyone on my team is clicking right now. Yep. Peaking too early.
January 2, 201214 yr Yep. Peaking too early. Hardly haha! One of my top players isn't even 100% right now.
January 3, 201214 yr I know we have a long way to go, but being in first place after a night like last night when a lot of teams were in action feels pretty darn good. Guess it helps that I've played more games than all but PP92.

January 3, 201214 yr As long as everyone watches the real threat in this league ,DreamTeam Slammers on the move .
January 3, 201214 yr Author Yep, I know it's early but a lot of you are well over your projected pace for games played. How many teams are over all of now?
January 3, 201214 yr How many teams are over all of now?I'm not really for sure. I just know when I looked yesterday many people were well over on most every position. Some of that probably can be attributed to the wacky schedule, but in some cases it's managers subbing in players for every game they play...
January 3, 201214 yr As a personal example, I have the 2nd least amount of games played but the only time I've missed a start is when Monta Ellis didn't play last Saturday (I made up for Bynum's suspension). I have also subbed in a few guys when my regular starter had an off-night. So just going by that, I know that most everyone is above their projected pace, though as I said...ESPN's projections are a little screwy and not nearly as accurate as Yahoo's so I believe some of that overplay can definitely be attributed to the schedule.

I have been subbing for every game right now but I will likely adjust. I have some people like Kobe who have already played a ton of games.
January 3, 201214 yr I have been subbing for every game right now but I will likely adjust. I have some people like Kobe who have already played a ton of games. There's nothing wrong with that as long as you adjust. It actually makes a sense especially with this schedule where I feel guys will be rested a little more often. You do want to max out your starts in basketball for sure. Yep, the Lakers have played a ton comparatively. I know that Yahoo adjusts for that when doing it's projections, but ESPN doesn't appear to. As an aside, I have no problems with ESPN but Yahoo is definitely a better site for fantasy -- especially novices. But if people do not adjust, then they will be in for a rude awakening when they hit the max with 1/3 of the season left to play.
January 3, 201214 yr I know I will need to adjust in a few spots. I'm still trying to get a total feel for not only fantasy basketball, but also the roto-league in general.
January 3, 201214 yr Yep, I know it's early but a lot of you are well over your projected pace for games played. No worries. Once I reach my limit I'll see if you suckas can keep up while I sit back and watch. Come the end of the year everyone will be tired and sitting anyways. It's the best team after everyone has played their games so I'll play mine and see where you all stand.
