November 7, 201114 yr between 75/25 and 70/30 Figured as much. The fact that you and your ideological brethren are unwilling to point fingers at the "free market" has a lot to do with why this country is in the toilet.
November 7, 201114 yr I don't see much of a free market any more. Too many bail outs to allow companies (banks in particular) the freedom to fail.

November 7, 201114 yr  Keep laughing. That's why those dirty hippies are doing what they're doing, and that's why it won't take long for the rest of the country to join them. Regular joes are sick of getting screwed over while watching the rich get richer.

Regular joes are sick of getting screwed over while watching the rich get richer. Well, at least we agree on something. If you read my 'Occupy Wall Street' thread, you'll notice I take side with the OWS movement on some key issues. However, they aren't going to the root of the issue. What do you expect the corporate evils to do? Write them a check? Stand on their balconies while they graciously dump cash to the people? Resign? Why would they? They are allowed to work by the rules of the land. Who legislates the land? The Government. How hard is that to comprehend? Its as if someone hires an assassin to do a hit. Who is more accountable? The assassin or the man who hired the assassin?
November 7, 201114 yr Please stop passing the buck. The "free market" is just as guilty in this recession as the government. You guys are ridiculous with how you play politics. Please admit both philosophies are guilty. A truly free-market works - but does need a sense of morality and community by the players. When those 2 things are abandoned bad things tend to happen. And they have and will. Without the free market and capitalism - what is left? Communism? Feudal system?

They better get it. They are buying up 'regular mortgages' to create cash flow. You may get a notice indicating that they have bought your mortgage but it will continue to 'be serviced' by the current company. So they are out buy regular mortgages to try to stave off the bad news....or increase the executives (government connected executives) bonuses....
