Yes, GC had better be ready to play and bring all they have. I honestly believe even with everyone at 100% it wouldn't have helped GC last week or this week. Fairview is more than legit, they are a dang good football team. Another little guy that can whoop up on a team.

I hate to say it, but Greenup is in for another long weekend.

Let's just be realistic . My musketeers will be lucky if they win a single game this year . So far the new coach has not been able to put a complete package on the field . I think he writes a position on the board and draws a name out of a hat . It is difficult to post on these threads when you just don't have any fire power left . I wish I could talk smack like the rest of you , but the truth is our football team is getting smacked around enough . I wish all the area teams the best of luck this year and I hope my musketeers will continue fighting through this difficult year . I think it's about time to face reality and start filling the schedule with teams that have the same losing program as us , so we can at least keep the scores close . This shouldn't be about the adult egos , but about the kids having great high school football memories .

Lawrence Co has had to go through this kind of rebuilding. Every team has to at some point in time!

It happens. You all are not only rebuilding, but training a new head coach. It will not happen over night. Keep positive and encourage the players to keep working, wins will come.

OOPS!! Sorry. A friend of mine in Westwood wanted me to post Faitviews scores/games, etc. since it doesn't seem that any Fairview fans are on here. BTW, that was not to get something started with any Fairview people. That is the truth. Hopefully we can get some Fairview supporters on here. They have one heckuva football team and deserve some support on bgp from their fans.

Tough, I said on another post to GCHS supporter BASLIK, I personally don't have anything against any GCHS fans, players or anything like that. I was just throwing back some "smack" that the GC coach took it upon himself to call out Raceland in a newspaper article saying that they had to "shut lil' brother up", meaning Raceland. I have some great friends in Greenup/Lloyd and have nothing against GC. GC has a young team and coach that jmo needs to mature as well, the team will get better. Those GC kids have been dealt some pretty bad hands through the years by adults in their never ending power struggle. \

Waaaaay back in the day I dated a few Westwood/Faiview girls, hence the reason for many enemies out there, and that's all I have to say about that :eyeonyou::lol:.
