Franklin County will be a team that will catch everyone's eye. They return a ton of talent and have added some high quality transfers. My Dark horse pick in 5A.

What about Conner or Cooper in northern Kentucky? Do either of them potentially have a team capable of making noise in a wide-open eastern half of the bracket?

Conner would definitely have the better shot of the two IMO.. They have superb talent at the skill positions on offense. They will definitely put up some points. If they want to make noise though, the defensive side of the ball will have to step-up.

I was at Coopers practice yesterday . They look very good this year ! I think we are in for another game like last year with Conner !! Just hope Cooper can step-up there defense as well .
