Can Lawrence County win against NCC with their number 2 and save Shepherd? If not, can they win with their number 2 against the winner of Lexington Catholic and PRP?

 

The only way we will know the answer to this question is if LC throws their #1 and he is on and shuts down NC after the long break. If LC throws #2 then NewCath wins this one and I guess it doesnt really matter now does it. I am not a big fan of what ifs and scenarios and all the Stat garbage. This is HS sports, put your best atheletes out there and turn em loose. Throw the records, the eras, the batting averages, etc, etc out the window because kids are kids and they will make mistakes. The team with the fewest mistakes will win this one.

Defense will win, not offense. Just ask that guy in Miami. LOL.

I hope this is a better game than the first day's round of games. Many blowouts.

Only 2 outs bottom of the 2nd. Sullivan with a triple with bases load, Sullivan was the first Bred to get a hit. Actually he had a double and get to third on an error.

Coaches were hot b/c it was called a foul ball. Cain out, Collopy pinched hit and slow roller in the infield. Safe at 1st and another run scores 4-0.
