May 12, 201115 yr Author I think it's a vague question. If you put accomplishments aside, and just base it off the teams then it's 2010 by far. They were a better team to watch than this years team. 2011 if you base it on who made it further and what not. I disagree with this. I think its the style you prefer to watch, the 2010 team got up and down the court and had exciting dunks and all that. However they also were very sloppy with the ball, and were not a good that great of a shooting team. For me I LOVE watching teams who can shoot the basketball, and this years team did that. I loved both teams, however since the 2011 team could shoot the ball it made me really enjoy them, and also because usually teams who have talent and can shoot have a good shot to make runs in the tournament. That is why I really enjoyed this year teams, and why I was one of the very few people on here who even during the season was saying how I believed they would make a run at it.
May 12, 201115 yr Author I absolutely loved both teams and loved what they did for the program. It's because of how great a coach, recruiter, and ambassador Calipari is that we can have these discussions. I would pick the 2011 team. While I love what the 2010 team did for our program and what they brought to the table, I love shooters. I love when teams knock down three's and play intense defense and that is what we got from the 2011 team. It's just the style of ball I prefer. Agreed!

The 2010 team had all the highlights, and I enjoy that just fine, but there's just something about seeing a great shooting team who plays defense like complete madmen. Shooting is a lost art, but this team had it!
May 14, 201115 yr 2010. Until tourney time, 2011 was nothing but frustrating. You could tell they had the pieces, but couldn't quite put it together. 2010 romped from the word "go".
May 19, 201115 yr They were different teams and I enjoyed them both in different ways. I can't say which I liked better because I like them both a lot. Both of Cal's teams have played hard and been fun to watch. I'll like all of them if they keep that up. :thumb::thumb:
