Interesting hire to say the least.

New headcoach coming in from 6A winning tradition Male, Hoptown football looking to rebound.

I've heard he was only at Male less than a year? Was not actually the OC either? I'm also told he doesn't have teaching credentials yet? Does anyone know for sure? Good luck to Hopkinsville. Good hire.

I'm told that Adam was at Male for just one season. Prior to that, he was at Logan County and was a graduate assistant at Western Kentucky.

How could someone be a grad assistant if they haven't graduated? Is that possible?

Not having a teaching certificate (what was alluded to in an earlier post) does not mean you did not graduate...............

Not sure if he does or does not i am just saying you can have a medical degree and not have a teaching certificate.

I interpreted the comment as how could you be a graduate assistant and not have graduated, in terms of not actually having his college undergrad degree, in anything. Nonetheless, congrats to Hoptown and their new coach. Just from the posts here and elsewhere it's obvious that people are a little shocked, to say the least about the hire, but just remember, every great head coach was a 1st time head coach at one point. Everybody has to get their start somehow.

Very good point. And very true.
