Saint Patrick looks to win two district titles in three years.

Bracken Co has never won the 39th district moving in the district during the 2005-2006 season. The last time they have won the district was 1996 (38th)

Who you got?

Did Coach K win 10th region coach of the year last year? He certainly dserves it this season, especially if they win district. 96' was a long long time ago, hope the Lady Bears aren't just happy with beating Mason County and are focused on making history:thumb:

Good Luck LADY SAINTS!!!!! Play hard like you did down at the All A.

Based on the Litkenhous ratings, the game is on a nuetral court and watching St. Pat play NCC (Ranked 20th in the state) at the all A, I have to say the edge goes to the Lady Saints.

My prediction is 56-51 St. Pat.

Litkenhous Ratings as of 2/21

district 39

1.St. Patrick 76.1

2.Mason County 74.0

3.Bracken County 68.5

4.Augusta 34.4

This should be a very entertaining game to watch. Sara Sticklen is deserving of her 1st team all region honors and the young team that PK surrounded her with are no longer freshman in the minds of many. The Lady Saints however have won 3 out of there last 4 games without Chelsea Douglas as there leading scorer and that shows growth for this team. The intangibles are defense on Douglas and Sticklen, foul trouble, turnovers and second chance points. I won't predict any outcome and will only say, good luck to the Lady Bears but,

GO LADY SAINTS!

The bolded is where I think the game will be won or lost for either team.

So much for the ratings, they mean nothing this time of year. Its the team that gets hot.
