Eastern 84, Ballard 81, final: Kameron Woods blocked Danny Yackey’s final three-point try to seal the No. 1 Eagles’ victory over the No. 3 Bruins. Remy Abell scored 31 points to lead Eastern, and Lyonell Gaines added 25 points and 13 rebounds. DeVante Parker (26 points) and Lavonne Holland (20 points) led Ballard.

One of those 'Wow' stats - Ballard High School has taken 617 3-point FGs in 23 games. The Bruins have hit 215 but averaging 26 3s a game.

This was a super big game at Ballard....sold out for days..............no free passes---all staff ands teachers had to have to have a prior ticket. Very big win for Eastern................but who knows what lies ahead in the district and regional tournaments.
