NKYThreeFer
It's always tough to win at Brossart. PC got it done tonight. They led by 9 at halftime, but Brossart came storming out of the gates in the second half, and the second half was much closer. Mason Monroe was unstoppable tonight. He finished the game with 22 points, including hitting his final 9 free throws down the stretch. This is his third straight 20-point game. Junior Bryan Woods also chipped in 11 points for Pendleton. Zach Fardo has a very nice looking jumpshot for Brossart.
Qryche11
Congrats to PC for the big road win. Monroe is a gamer and very good from the line, im not surprised with the 9 straight FTs. The Wildcats have had a very tough schedule and the record is not pretty but could be a surprise team at the end of the year. Its no easy task to win at Brossart so this is a signature win. Milfordflash
Pendleton has had a rough year record wise. They have 5 losses by a total of 10 pts. for those five games. Also one loss by 6. They are playing well and will get over the hump sooner or later. I think two or three games were overtime. Anytime you win at BB is a good win. Now go out and play well against Harrison on Fri. night.

This win doesn't happen in March.:thumb:

Pendleton struggled early on, but have won 4 of their last 6, with wins over Montgomery County and Brossart. Their two losses have been to Bryan Station, who they were up 8 on in the first half, and in triple overtime to Woodford County. Pendleton has been playing very good basketball in the last 3 weeks. Give credit where credit is due.

You may be right, but if so, they better get them back in Alexandria by Friday night or it could get ugly?? For what it's worth, the last Brossart team to lose to PC before heading to Richmond (and that one was a huge upset) ended up having a pretty decent trip to EKU!! HOOPDR
Pendleton has had a rough year record wise. They have 5 losses by a total of 10 pts. for those five games. Also one loss by 6. They are playing well and will get over the hump sooner or later. I think two or three games were overtime. Anytime you win at BB is a good win. Now go out and play well against Harrison on Fri. night. This Pendleton County team is much better than their record indicates. They have struggled early with playing different combinations and playing alot of guys early in the season. This team seems to be finding themselves and is starting to gel and the rotation has gotten smaller. Aaron Bonar is starting to get back into form as he broke a bone in his foot in the last football game of the season. They have lost several close games in regulation, in overtime, double overtime & triple overtime. Yet they have never lost the faith and have stuck together and are working hard and it is beginning to show. But to set the record straight this young team has played 20 games so far and 17 of the 20 have been on the road with just three homes games. Most of their remaining games are at home and their record is pretty good vs other teams in the region. Coach Simms and staff will have the Wildcats primed and ready for tournament time when it matters anyway. It is easier to schedule a lot of home games and easier competition to pad that record for a young team. But that is not the Pendleton County way nor Simms way. The Wildcats will be prepared and ready for the post-season!:thumb:

StickerMann, Brossart is always a tough adversary for the Wildcats and have our respect for your program. I wish the Mustangs good luck in Richmond and hope you guys rep the 10th well as I know you guys will. Bring back that trophy and championship from the All A and make all of us from the 10th Region proud!
