If I'm not mistaken, Breeden and Morrow were both student assistants at UK at one point (one under Hall, the other under Pitino). I've heard this from numerous places, but haven't had any official confirmation (media guide, etc.) so someone please correct me if this is inaccurate.

 

Student assistants...you are correct. Breeden was a grad. assistant at UK for the mens basketball team. Morrow was one of Bill Keightly boys and a student manager for the UK team.

I haven't seen J-town in person since their title run and loss to Paintsville; have seen Breeden's state editions of Owensboro and the past three years Tates Creek's teams on multiple occasions. Very impressed with what they do structurally. The scoreboard may not be lighting up, but they will do what it takes to win fundamentally. VERY SOUND.

GRC scrimmaged J-town first game this season. It was a scrimmage and GRC won easily.

 

Really respect Breeden. He is a great coach. Why I picked Tates Creek in the Nov. contest to come out of the 11th.

Good win for Tates Creek, J-town definately did not bring their A game. One of their best players was out yesterday, did not dress. And I agree with Contantly Yelling, Breeden has a problem. He is screaming his head off, even when his team is up 12 or more. No reason for the yelling, it is silly, and makes him look small. He can get his point across to his team without the yelling, his players are not stupid.
