alright, most on here know who I am by now.....this is a picture of Rock Harper and I cooking a dinner for 60 people, last Friday night at a private residence. Chef Josh Moore, from Volare here in Louisville, also headed up the meal. If you don't know who Rock is, he won Hell's Kitchen Season 3 (2007).....pretty slick, if you ask me. Here, we're doing a pan seared scallop salad......
