October 18, 201015 yr The wedding and reception went off without a hitch! RTS is now a daddy-in-law. As father of the bride, he gave the most moving and heartfelt speech I've ever heard. You could tell he had written it himself, as the words were definitely in his style. I was impressed, and really proud of him...even though I'm not a relative. He also got through the father/daughter dance like a trooper, and didn't have to turn in his "Man Card" as he was afraid he might. He tells me he used a little trick to get through it. He just kept talking to his baby the whole dance...so as not to hear the words of the sappy song they were playing. Congratulations, my friend. Thanks for letting me be a part of it. :thumb: As BF said, it was truly a beautiful wedding and they make such a wonderful couple. RTS and his wife did such a great job and they were both beautiful themselves. One of the highlights for me was talking to RTS' mom...what a joy she is.
