Final

Not to bad of a game, now getting ready for the next challenge of OC.

After the bye week and Tre Powell’s return the Falcons are 2-0 in the district and it sets up a huge game against OC next week on post for the district championship and number one seed in the playoffs.

Great going Falcons!!! It seems the tides are turning at the right time for you guys...glad to see you guys getting it done in 2a!!!

The tough early schedule was a learning / development process. FC really enjoys playing KY 2A football.

This game is in the books, the real game is next Friday. Every FC fans favorite team comes back to post, O-Cath!

Fort Campbell was up 12-0 at halftime. Hancock had a couple of scoring opportunities in the first half, but fumbled once and FCs defense stopped them once. Hancock scored on their first position of the 2nd half to make it 12-8 and then it was all Fort Campbell as they scored 28 unanswered points to make it 42-8. Hancock then scored again late in the 4th with many of the starters out.

This was a good game/win for our Falcons. Not as many mistakes as we've seen in the past, but there were definitely some made. This was a very hostile environment for the boys as Hancock County fans line the fence on the visitors side and yell at the players, not very sportsmanlike for the fans.....but our boys shut 'em up quickly.

 

The boys are starting to come together and I'm sure they'll be ready for next week's game, the toughest 2A challenge of the season in the Owensboro Catholic Aces.
