Boyle only gave up 67 total yards tonight:clap: Their really starting to put everything together.

That defense is really starting to come into it's own. Good tune up tonight for the showdown next week with Lex Cath.

GO REBELS!!!

Boyle looked really good tonight. The D has held their last 3 oponents under 100 total yards for the game each week. With Catholic's big win last week and Boyle's tonight I'm looking

forward to next weeks big game. Now the season begins.

Why the on-side kick up 40-0.....then passing on the series up 40-0........I'm very disappointed with those tactics!!

This was my response to you in the other thread you started:

Don't know if this helps or not.

Boyle County led 26-0 at halftime and 40-0 in the opening minutes of the fourth quarter. Then came what looked like an onside kick that the Rebels recovered.

French said his kicker misunderstood his instructions. "It was supposed to be a 'pooch' kick, not an onside kick. I apologize for that."

You know you have every reason to "feel" mad but this was in the article on the game. If you wanted to "know" the answer then just look for it before castigating a class act like Larry French. French does not intentionally run up the score on people. Ask Mercer or Danville in the last couple of weeks because those scores could have been a lot worse, just as last nights.
