McCreary showed up to play tonight and got the job done, It was good to see these young men play like I know they can. The linemen were sustaing blocks and the backs were running hard. The defense played real good all night long. The hard work of the players and staff showed tonight. Congradulations to coach Smith and his staff for their first win and I am sure it won't be their last. Keep up the good work guys!:banana:

Also would like to say the line played much better, Big Vince looked like he is starting to come around he had several pancake blocks in this game, something he can do every play if he wants to do it.

Power Football, Off. Tackle all night, Leslie did not have an answer. Don't know how many rushing yds. Goins had but it was a bunch. Williams had 3 nice catches, from TE position.

With a line like MC has they should be able to run between the tackles and pick up 3-5 yards on MOST anybody. The line just has to believe in themselves, work on proper technique week in and week out and prepare for each individual opponent one at a time! I truely believe this was just the start for them and will win 3 more games this year. Go Get'em Guys!

I agree McCreary has some very nice lineman. Musgrove, 6' 290 , V. Staten 6' 3" 300+, B. Perry 6' 190, C. Smith 6' 2" 225, T. Williams 6'5" 220. No reason not to move the ball on anyone. Good Luck Raiders!!!!!!

Congrats on the nice win. I would say that knowing the MC offense, they are more suited to power blocking than the veer type blocking that the big guys are being asked to do.

This is a very true statement, Thank goodness it didn"t take Coach Smith and his Staff long to figure out they couldn't run the Veer.
