Who wins and why? Both teams bring young inexperienced qb's into this game.

I am going with LexCath at home in a shootout. 42-36

Western Kentucky teams rarely travel far and win. LexCath wins 34-14

So far LO has struggled and that will be a problem this week

Will the weather affected tonites highly anticipated matchup between these two schools? What is the forecast?

Lex Cth in a blowout...49-14 with Lone Oak scoring late...Lone Oak is still good, but the run of trigger men in on hold at least until the Fr. gets some more time under his belt.

I will take Lone Oak plus 35 points. I don't think it will be a high scoring affair. Lex Cath may win but I think it will be much closer.

Catholic is riding the learning curve like a roller coaster this year. From the first couple of games I saw some real talent on both sides of the ball, but it is very raw..needs development and finesse. The heavyweights on their schedule don't allow much time/oppertunity to develop. I'm hoping the game begins to "gel" for them right around playoff time. This game will probably be like a gunfight at OK corrall, but I like LC's potential for quick strike to pull this one out..in the long run, they will be all right..but it's gonna be a journey getting there.
