The boys in Green have been working hard all summer and have several returning key players in quarterback Adam Wing, receiver Darryl Cross, and big men on the line with Doug Sanders, Cody Wallace, and Big Dan Prater. It should be an interesting and exciting fall this year.

Rowan Co. could be a dark horse this year.

Wing and Cross are a nice 1-2 punch on offense.

I thought that Cross was a RB who occasionally catches passes out of the backfield. The more touches he gets, the more likely the Vikings are to win.

The Lawrence-Rowan game on 10/15 could prove to be interesting.

Rowan County has some talent in Cross and Wing, but I would say it will be the same song in Morehead - some great players but no players to put around them. Rowan County to be great every year, but they can't seem to put a whole team together.

Cross may have been the best RB (I thought he played RB against us) Mason County faced last year. I hope all their players are well after the heat scare. May they win them all, except one.

Cross is a running back and a great one, hopefully the Vikings have several seasoned players that have played together since 3rd grade. They should have depth, experience, brawn and brains to go with it, we will have to wait and see, I do know they have been hitting the weight room very hard this year, the guys look great.

Cross was an absolute stud against Garrard County last season. If it hadn't been for a bad interception thrown and about four fumbles, that Rowan team would have defeated us with ease. But fortunately Garrard was able to come out on top. I'm looking forward to seeing Rowan again this season against Lincoln County.

Cross is the real deal!

Probably the best skill set Rowan Co has ever had. Wing was named a top 5 Jr prospect in the state at QB. Cross is a top 5-10 RB. Hodge is underrated. They have a Freshman that is a beast. Rowan has a load of talent this year.
