I thought it was strange too, how the sun never seemed to affect Bill as much after he drank Sookie's blood.

Ok, I'm glad someone else noticed that. I watched the most recent episode last night, and it seemed really strange that when Tara kicked him out of the truck in broad daylight, it wasn't really hurting him. It makes a lot more sense now after the whole "dream/coma" bit.

In the second season Bill gets poisoned and tells Sookie, let me drink your blood to heal.. I found that strange.
