What is the word out of North Oldham? Candidates? Time table?

I only know who two of the candidates are for sure...but if the rumored favorite gets it, a lot of folks may be shocked...

Rumor was the decision might be made during spring break, but I really don't know if that's the case or not. Just a rumor.

Is Turley coming over from MLC???

Forrest :idunno:

Believe it is in regards to a 9th region coach with a state championship under his belt. Would that be correct Mr. Colonel Mike?

Only one I can think of...Henley?

Nice Job! That is what we are hearing in the 9th. Have also heard a coach from Louisville is a candidate.

I wonder if Henley might be looking to get out while the talent level isnt where it has been at Holmes. I know Walter is going to probably jump on here and try to justify the talent at Holmes but it is nowhere near what they have had over the past 5 yrs and that is a fact.

Homes is also liable to get some transfers. They have gotten 4 I know of in the last 4 years that were very good. They could be better than you think.

I doubt any transfers are in the hopper, I usually have good sources that tell me these things and I dont see it happening.

The biggest transfer that Holmes could get between now and August is Brandon Hatton who will be an incoming freshman but he is locked into Dixie Heights from what I hear. I know he has played AAU ball with a few Holmes kids since 3rd grade and I actually thought he would end up at Holmes but its likely he will be at Dixie Heights for his HS career.
