I downloaded the results to a spreadsheet and feel pretty sure I have the numbers correct. Ryan Smith should make a tremendous DT in college.

 

Thanks for posting that link! I think everyone should go down the list and look at the 40 times. It may be eye opening for many. What I see as I look at that list is if someone is running under 5.0 in the 40, it is a good time. But I bet anyone who thinks they are fast and gets timed at 5.0 would be embarrassed to tell anyone that time. A big lineman running under a 5.5 is doing ok. But there probably aren't many lineman who would want to tell someone they ran a 5.4. There is a lot of hype in 40 times.

Wesley Watkins, DT, 6 ft 3 in, 5.2 40 time, 290 bench press, 435 squat, 4.0 GPA at Franklin County High School. Has a great motor and continues to get better day by day. He is a very intriguing prospect.
