I don't know for sure but I've seen it posted in a few threads that he lives in the MLC district.

Any word on some of the other coaches who applied? I heard there were several, including many good ones. Why would they bypass them to get someone who seems to be a talent chaser, then he leaves after a year or two?

Well Hicks or not, I'd still not bet on more than 2 years, but it would definitely help the chances.
