I am continually amazed that Goggins is shut out. Would have loved to see Olymphant pick one up too.

I cannot remember that actor's name, but he was in Saving Private Ryan. He does a good job as Dickie.

Olyphant and Goggins both deserve to be nominated and possibly win. Googins does get a lotof love and deservedly so, but very few actors could pull off Raylan without coming off all campy. Olyphant does an outstanding job and I think he is often overlooked.

I had never noticed that, but as soon as I read Saving Private Ryan I remembered him, he was the kid that tried to take the typewriter with him into the field.

That's the one.

Strange, but that was the first thing I noticed when I first saw him on the show.

Some hints on Season 4, which starts in January. I'm beyond intrigued:

In Season 4, we'll head up into the mountains of Kentucky to meet the hill people, a dangerous backwoods group of ruffians who aren't all there, if you know what we're saying. The leader of the group, Cope Entiss, tends to capture and kill any outsiders who trespass into their territory. Turns out, though, that one of the hill people, Mary, recognizes Raylan... and may be related to him.

Hoping that Patton Oswalts "Constable" character is funny, without being stupid if you know what I mean.

Whoa:

• Last season had pigs, this season has snakes: As with seasons 2 and 3, some writers went to Kentucky for research. “Maybe this year, it would be fun to do something with a real backwoods snake-handling church. That will play a part in the first four episodes,” Yost said. “So [the writers] went to a church. The minister didn’t feel a call that night to pull out the snakes, but there they were in the boxes on the side of the church.”
