Doesn't MLB have a policy that if a kid does not sign right out of high school, he has to wait until after his junior year in college? It seems like I heard this somewhere.

 

I believe you are correct, you can be drafted as a HS Sr but if you don't sign you have to wait until your Jr year of college to be drafted again.

Players at four-year colleges are eligible after completing their junior years, or after their twenty-first birthdays. The exception to this is Division III schools, where players can be drafted before their junior year.

Junior and community college players are eligible to be drafted at any time.

Another Trinity baseball Player Quits Team.

 

A Starter Second Baseman has quit the team, this is the second senior who was a starter that quit the team. The first was a pre-season all state player. That player came back after his father forced him to come back. Are these senior baseball players trying to tell the Rocks Administration that there is a problem with the baseball program, and or its coaching staff. Someone needs to investigate this and the past three or four years teams to find out what is going on in Rock Land.
