7 of the 8 teams that played in the 2009 tourney return; Shelby returns to the tournament after a one year hiatus.

I think the ladies are up first this year...so that means they will begin regional play on Monday/Tuesday for the first round, Friday for the semi's, and Saturday for the finals. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong.

That's correct...the Girls' Sweet 16 starts Wednesday, March 10th, so the girls will be up first for the region.
