Mason County is scheduled for 2010, but their field has to pass inspection by the KHSAA. If Mason's field doesn't meet the KHSAA guideline to host the Regional Tournament I thank it move on to next school in line to host and that would be George Rogers Clark.

Don't think their field,seating,etc. is anywhere capable of holding a regional tournament, as of now.

I had talked to Coach Murphy last year when MC played there and he said there were plans for a new back stop and bleachers. I guess that hasn't happened yet?

Very true. Makes leaving the field impossible without crossing all the way behind home plate and leaving by Mason County's dugout.

A few months ago when I was in Mason Co. there wasn't any new backstop going up. I would find it hard to believe that it will happen in the little time they have left.

What's going on over there at a school that size? Think they need to let all that money that is going to the top trinkle down some to other things. I mean they didn't even have a 6th grade school basketball team because of budget cuts, even St.Patrick and Deming had 6th grade school teams. C'mon Mason County,get your act together.

It would go to the next school in the rotation...basically things would be bumped up a year for the plan that is linked in an above thread.
