I think with all of the tough battles NDA has had this year will really have them prepared for the 9th region tournament, I really look forward to them having a good run this year, for being a team "too young" to do anything.

 

 

 

 

The future is bright for NDA. They will miss the shooting and leadership of this year's seniors, but for much of this game the Pandas played 1 freshman, 3 sophomores and a senior.

And not looking past this season. NDA showed tonight that they could make a nice run in the 9th region tournament in a couple of weeks.

 

The gym was dimly lit, the nets a bit tattered but the basketball was tough hardnosed basketball. Just the way the fans love it.

 

Congrats to the Seniors on their night, to the Breds for the win and of course for the State Championship victory in the All A.

I was very impressed with her as well as NDA as a team. Well coached and showed alot of grit, by not giving up early when they were down. They also had more athletes on the team than I thought. I knew they had talent wwhen you see the had beaten ETown and Lex Catholic.

I can see Voskuhl leading this team places in the next few years.

After reading the article in the Enquirer describing the game, all I can say is "I really miss the Kentucky Post"!!!! Geez!! At least get the names right and the fact that New Cath won the all "A" not Notre Dame.

Voskuhl is a freshman. She also played Keeper for the Pandas soccer team. Very good athlete.
