1. Letcher Co- Returns most of the skill kids of last years team.

2. Harlan Co.- Returns 8 or 9 starters on "D" and both RB's.

 

Clay Co. and Perry Central should battle for that third spot with both teams returning key players. Perry Central needs to replace Amos @ QB. It seems like they had some young players playing other key postions on both sides of the ball. Clay Co. could be the team on the rise if they stay healthy and Hooker returns at QB.

Clay was a junior-dominated team last year, but they lost every game in the district.

The other QB did a great job after Hooker's injury. Clay Co returns the best backfield in the district and some good lineman. Losing every game in the district last year doesn't mean they will not return and win 1st place.

Taylor had 75 yards rushing and McMillian had 67 last year in the win over Clay.

 

Reid had 53 yards rushing and Miller had 47 against Harlan County. Wilson completed four of 14 passes.

I would think that Green had more yards than the other two from the QB position.

Green had over 150 yards rushing, but he's a senior. Taylor and McMillian are sophomores.
