Hopefully someone will post the stats. Johathan Davis is his dad, he played at UK. I saw his son play this summer in AAU. Talked to them at the 5/3. He starts for Lafayette.

 

I watched a lot of Jackson's games this summer with KY Elite. He is going to be a very special player.

Not really a surprise at all. Lafayette has more talent than Mason Co. Yarborough, Napier, Walker, and Hagans are all very good players.

Mason turned the ball over 22 times including eight in the third quarter when we were outscored 19 to 6. Mason cut it to two but turned the ball over their last two possessions. :irked::irked::irked:

How about Tanner Napier as a very underrated player in the 11th region....he has hit big shots all year long.....and they are 15-2

They had a lot of question marks going in. In high school basketball its impossible to be accurate. I knew they would be pretty good with what they have coming back, but then you have Davis, Shaw, and especially Hagans come in as guys no one heard of and really make this a very good team!

Well now everyone has seen the old and new and they can take anyone on a given night...with Napier shooting the three, Walker slashing to the rim, and Hagans scoring and rebounding consistently....I think they can make a serious run at a regional title...

I agree with you about the pollsters. I questioned their low ranking early on. I really didn't think they had all those "question marks". If they continue to win and improve they will be a threat to win the 11th.
