St. Pat has a very balanced team. All players on the floor were solid.

I watched the game with St Patrick and B.B. and I was very saddened in The St Patrick coaching of Douglas , 15 points up and still pressing and never did Sub with 30 seconds left, Just remember that is very disrespectful To Bishop Brossart and any other teams you play.

I seriously don't think Coach Douglas was being disrespectful but just caught up in the moment. I think every coach has those moments. Coach Douglas truly respects other teams and the game.

Brossart has no problems with the way Coach Douglas coached, substituted, played, or finished out the game.

 

They were the better team in the second half last night, and if we don't like it we (Brossart) will just have to get better.

Don't know what game you were at, but I am a brossart fan and I saw no disrespect from St. Pats coaches or players. Just a good hard fought game.

 

I also saw no disrespect!! Some may think 30 seconds is a short period of time, but while it does not happen often anything can happen. I have seen a team come back from 12 down with 25 seconds to play and take the game into overtime and win. 30 seconds can be a lifetime to play depending on how many timeouts are left and the foul situtation.

 

From where I was sitting, it just seemed to me that the coaches from St. Pats were able to make the proper adjustments to give their team the chance to get back into the game and Brossart did not.

I felt that coach douglas handled herself well. If Brossart is still pressing and shooting then they are not ready to throw in the towel. Brossart also did not sub when down by 14 with 30 seconds left.
